My Journey
In my coaching practice, I use different methods and traditions to bring balance in life. Helping you act from a place of compassion, to meaningfully heal and integrate your past stories, creating a new you – emerging from within to live your life’s purpose.
I work with individuals and groups supporting trauma healing, personal development, and life-path transformational coaching - utilizing methods from Therapeutic Shamanism and Coaching. I am a healing practitioner and ceremony holder, initiated in Tibetan Buddhism, Andean Q’ero and Amazonian Shipibo traditions which provide a foundational framework to support healing and integration. These teachings and meditation methods help me with clarity of knowing how to experience daily emotions and to connect with the freedom and joy of the moment.
As a facilitator of group retreats, I support people to explore their inner potential in a series of embodied practices breaking through barriers and unhealthy patterns.
In parallel I am an educator and academic researcher, Doctor of Philosophy and Architect, I pedagogically lead courses, develop programs, teach and mentor adults in the creative fields.
I am a father of two children, I live in Oxfordshire and have travelled and lived across the world. Born in South Africa, having grown up in Sintra, Portugal I live in the UK for over 20 years.
